Where are my items sold and for how long?

Your items are sold in 24 countries on Sellpy’s website and our partner’s. The sales period varies for each individual item.

Where are my items sold?

Sellpy sells items through Sellpy's website and through other marketplaces, e.g. eBay. Our buying service is available in 24 countries, which means your items can be bought in larger parts of Europe.

How long are my items up for sale?

To maximize each sale, the sales period is tailored to each individual item. You can go into your own listings and see the price steps for each item. When the sales period is reaching close to the end, you are notified that your items are up for “Last chance”.

If you want to prolong the sales period of an item, you can set a new price for a small fee. Read more about this here: Can I change the pricing of my items?

What happens to items that aren’t sold?

If an item is not sold by the end of the sales period, it's handed over to our partner who handles it in accordance with the EU's waste hierarchy. You can read more about Sellpy’s collaboration with partners here.

Alternatively, you can request to have your item back - then you need to cancel the sale of the item before the end of the sales period. You can read about how to get items back here: Can I reclaim submitted items?
