Sellpy is available in 24 EU countries which means that customers across over Europe can shop your pre-loved items and give them longer life - isn’t that great! You can check each item’s individual sales schedule via your Sellpy profile. If an item isn’t sold by the end of the sales period, it’s given to charity.
Where are my items sold?
Sellpy sells items through our Sellpy's website and through other marketplaces, e.g. eBay. Our buying service is available across the EU, which means your items are advertised in 24 countries.
How long are my items up for sale?
The sales period varies for each individual item. You can find these for all your items in your Sellpy profile. The sales timeline is only visible for you as a seller. When the sales period is reaching close to the end, you are notified that your items are up for “Last chance”.
If you want to prolong the sales period, you can buy an extended pricing period, read more about this here: Can I change the pricing of my items?
What happens to items that aren’t sold?
If an item is not sold by the end of the sales period, it's donated to charity. You can read more about Sellpy’s collaboration with charities here: How do Sellpy Sellpy’s collaborate with recycling and donation partners?
If you don’t want your items to be donated by the end of the sales period, but instead have them back - then you need to cancel the sale of the item before the end of the sales period. You can read about how to get items back here: Can I reclaim submitted items?
