To ensure your ACH transfers are not rejected, please follow this key requirement when receiving funds into your Sentz USD bank account.
Kindly ensure that the person or company paying you is the direct source of the funds.
You cannot receive an ACH payment that is being redirected from another party.
For example, if your payer is using a platform that lets them link their bank account for payouts from that platform, and your payer instead links your US Bank Account Number, that transaction will be rejected by our banking partner because it will be seen as a payment to the wrong person.
