Funding your Sentz wallet via the US Bank Transfers feature is simple, but limits apply based on the origin of the inbound funds. Please check the specific limits for each transaction type below:

  1. Deposits from Other People (i.e., Third-party payments).
This refers to a payment received from another individual, such as a friend, family member, or client, sent from their personal US bank account.

    • Limit: $1 to $4,000 USD per transaction via local ACH or Wire transfer. Transactions exceeding this limit will be restricted and reversed.

  2. Deposits from Yourself (i.e., Self transfers).

This is a payment received from a US bank account that bears your verified name. In this case, you are the sender and the receiver.

    • Limit: No fixed limit.

  3. Deposits from a Business (i.e., Corporate transfers, B2C payments).

This refers to payments received from a verifiable US business account. Common examples include direct payroll deposits from an employer or payments from freelancing platforms such as Deel, Upwork, and Fiverr.

    • Limit: No fixed limit.

Note: Our banking partner, Bridge, may flag and auto-refund incoming payments deemed high risk per its internal security policy.
