For users transacting through our supported crypto networks, please limit crypto deposits from external wallets to Sentz to $5,000. Deposit amounts exceeding this limit will result in stuck funds.
Note: Currently, eligible crypto transactions on Polygon and BSC, under $250, may qualify for zero fees, subject to a daily transaction limit of $5,000 and an annual transaction limit of $15,000. From November 3rd, 2026, the eligible transaction threshold will be reduced to $50 and under.
