For our users in Nigeria, we offer two bank transfer options for withdrawals. One of these is the Direct Bank Transfer option, which is managed by our payment provider, Fuspay.
Before You Start
If you haven't completed Fuspay's KYC yet, don't worry, you'll be guided through it when you attempt your first withdrawal. You'll need to provide a valid ID and take a quick selfie. This is a one‑time requirement before you can use the Direct bank transfer option.
Withdrawing via Direct bank transfer:
Open the Sentz app and click on Withdraw.
Select Direct Bank Transfer.
Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
The minimum withdrawal amount is around ₦5,500 (currently equivalent to $4; the Naira equivalent may fluctuate, but the dollar amount is fixed at $4). The maximum amount per transaction is $5,000, and you can perform multiple transactions daily.
Tap Continue.
Enter your correct bank information, then click on Got it.
On the next page, tap Withdraw Funds.
Enter your PIN.
That's it! ✅
Note: If you haven't added a payout bank account yet, you'll be prompted to add your bank name and account number (in your name). Once confirmed, Fuspay will send the Naira to your bank account, usually within a few minutes.
Need Help?
