How can I withdraw money from my Sentz wallet using Instant Bank Transfers via Yellow Card?

Follow the simple steps below to get started.

Step 1: Start the Withdrawal Process

On the Sentz app homepage, tap the "Withdraw" button to begin.

Step 2: Select Your Withdrawal Method

On the next screen, select "Using Bank Account" as your withdrawal option.

Step 3: Choose Instant Bank Transfer

Tap on "Choose a payout method" and select "Instant Bank Transfer" from the list of available payment providers.

Step 4: Enter the Amount

- You will be taken to the amount entry screen. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (in Naira) from your wallet. You'll see an estimate of the final value.

- Once you have entered the desired amount, tap "Continue".

Step 5: Review Your Order

- An order confirmation screen will appear. This screen will show a breakdown of your transaction, including: Order Currency, Amount, Fees, Exchange Rate, Vendor Details (Yellow Card), and the final amount you will receive in Naira.

- Review the details carefully and tap “Withdraw Funds" to proceed once satisfied.

~ Click "Take me to Yellow Card" after reading the Identity Verification info page.

Step 6: Complete the Payment in Yellow Card

- The Yellow Card widget will now open in a browser page. Follow the on-screen instructions within the Yellow Card portal to complete your KYC verification.

- After completing the Yellow Card KYC requirement step, you can proceed to withdraw your funds into your preferred bank account securely.

Note:

  1. For Users with Existing KYC records with Yellow Card:
    If you've already KYC'd with Yellow Card, you will be taken to the Order Summary, where you'll be shown the final amount and asked to select your bank account details.

  2. For Users without KYC records with Yellow Card:
    If you haven't yet completed your KYC with Yellow Card, please do so first. Yellow Card may require manual review of your KYC documentation; in that case, you will receive an email and push notification when your application is approved.

Step 7: Withdrawal Confirmation Page

  • Once your order has been finalized (your KYC is validated, you've selected your preferred bank details, and clicked on "Continue"), Yellow Card will begin processing your order, and you'll see a "Submitting your Order" loading page.

Step 8: Withdrawal Confirmation

  • On the final screen, Yellow Card will notify you that you will be redirected back to the Sentz app for the withdrawal to be completed.

  • Click on "Confirm" to now return to the Sentz app.
