Funding / Withdrawals

How can I fund my Sentz Wallet ?

You can buy eUSD with a debit card, bank account, or by sending in USDC or USDT (temporarily disabled) over supported networks to be swapped for eUSD.

How do I withdraw?

Funds can be withdrawn to your Visa card, bank account, alternative payment method or to an exchange depending on which option is supported in your region.

When sending to an exchange, make sure that you select the right network to send it through since your wallet address can vary based on the network (Polygon's network fees are lower than Ethereum). Funds can be withdrawn via stablecoins only on the TRON and Polygon networks for USDT and USDC.

What is an exchange?

Coinbase, Binance and BigOne are examples of exchanges that can give you additional funding and withdrawal options in your country.

To transfer funds from an exchange:

  1. just tap the fund button. Then, select the "With Stablecoins" option.

  2. Copy the wallet address (make sure you are copying the wallet address for the correct network).

  3. Paste this into your exchange as the destination address.

  4. Once Sentz receives the USDC or USDT, it will be swapped into eUSD and added to your Sentz eUSD balance. Please keep the Sentz app open while funding and withdrawing until the transaction completes.
