Recovering eUSD sent to a Signal wallet

In cases where you sent payment from Sentz to Signal, it is important to note that you can only recover your funds via the Mobilecoin Desktop Wallet.

Where is the MobileCoin desktop wallet available?

The MobileCoin desktop wallet is available for Mac, Ubuntu, Redhat and Linux operating systems.

Allow downloads from mobilecoin.com.
Open the MobileCoin Wallet installer from your downloads folder.
Drag the Wallet icon into your Applications folder.
Double-click the MobileCoin Wallet app in your Applications folder.
Allow your Mac to open the app.
Create a password for your Wallet and click the TERMS OF USE.
Read through TERMS OF USE carefully.
Once complete, click CLOSE TERMS OF USE to return to set up.
Please check the box next to “I have read and accepted the TERMS OF USE” and click “CREATE WALLET.”
Choose an Account Name if desired and click CREATE ACCOUNT.
Click SHOW SECRET ENTROPY. Save your Secret Entropy securely and click I HAVE SECURED MY ENTROPY.
Confirm that you have secured your entropy, or view it again.
Set a Transaction Pin and a minimum MobileCoin amount for pin-activated transfers.
Click SET PIN.
