Every rule in Sequence comes with a few extra settings to help you control how it runs.
Active vs. Inactive
You can toggle any rule on or off.
Active rules show up on your map with a solid line
Inactive rules show up with a dotted line
Inactive rules keep their configuration — they just won’t run until you turn them back on.
Mark as Direct Deposit
Funds sent from an Income Source account can be flagged as a Direct Deposit.
Steps:
Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the rule.
Flip the switch for Mark as Direct Deposit.
Run Rule Now
Sometimes you don’t want to wait for a trigger — or maybe a rule failed to run because there weren’t enough funds at the time.
The Run Rule Now button lets you manually fire the rule immediately.
This is especially useful if a rule failed due to insufficient funds and you’re ready to run that rule again.
