Upfront Billing
You always pay at the start of your billing interval
If you make changes in the middle of that interval, we’ll bill the difference right away so you’re only paying for what you actually use
When Billing Starts
Billing begins once you enter your payment info during signup
If your account isn’t approved during KYC/KYB, your payment will be automatically refunded
If you request a refund within 10 days of signing up, it will be refunded on request
Billing cadence
Sequence plans are billed yearly.
That means:
Lower cost overall compared to monthly billing
One renewal per year
No monthly charges to track
Renewal timing
Your plan renews automatically once per year.
Renewal always happens on the same calendar day as your original purchase.
Example:
A yearly plan purchased on May 3 will renew on May 3 the following year

We’ll always send you an email before your next renewal charge.

Go to Settings > Billing & Plans
Scroll down and you’ll find all your invoices at the bottom
Payment Details
To update your payment method:
Go to Billing & Plans
Swap in your new card or payment details
