Billing & Invoices

We keep billing upfront, simple, and transparent. Here’s how it works in Sequence.

Upfront Billing

  • You always pay at the start of your billing interval

  • If you make changes in the middle of that interval, we’ll bill the difference right away so you’re only paying for what you actually use


When Billing Starts

  • Billing begins once you enter your payment info during signup

  • If your account isn’t approved during KYC/KYB, your payment will be automatically refunded

  • If you request a refund within 10 days of signing up, it will be refunded on request


Billing cadence

Sequence plans are billed yearly.

That means:

  • Lower cost overall compared to monthly billing

  • One renewal per year

  • No monthly charges to track


Renewal timing

Your plan renews automatically once per year.

Renewal always happens on the same calendar day as your original purchase.

Example:

  • A yearly plan purchased on May 3 will renew on May 3 the following year


Notifications

We’ll always send you an email before your next renewal charge.


Invoices

Need a record of your payments?

  • Go to Settings > Billing & Plans

  • Scroll down and you’ll find all your invoices at the bottom


Payment Details

To update your payment method:

  • Go to Billing & Plans

  • Swap in your new card or payment details
