Profile Settings

Your Profile Settings hold all of the information you filled out during your KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

These details are securely verified and stored with our partner bank, Thread.

Because of this, updates to your information can’t be made directly in-app.

If you’d like to change anything—like your name, address, or other account details—just email support@getsequence.io.

One of our support staff will jump in and help you make the update.

To find these settings, just head to:

Settings > Profile in your Sequence app.
