It’s designed to simplify many aspects of your relief vet management — from inviting and tracking your vets, to scheduling shifts, handling payments, and gaining insights on profitability — all in one platform.
Whether you’re covering last-minute gaps or planning months in advance, the Network allows you to manage your in-network vets efficiently while keeping access to the broader Serenity Vet relief network when needed.

If none of your in-network vets are available for a shift, the Serenity Vet network is available to fill it, though the standard 20% service fee will apply.
How to invite veterinarians to join your network?
You can invite veterinarians to join your clinic’s network from either your Dashboard or the Network page.
Click the Invite Vet button in the top-right corner of the page.
In the Build Your Clinic Network window, enter one or more email addresses to invite multiple vets at once.
The invitation will include your clinic’s details and an automatic message.
Important: A veterinarian only appears in your network after they accept your invitation. No veterinarian is ever added automatically.
How does the free trial and subscription work?
All clinics get a 30-day free trial when they sign up or log in after the Network feature is released (for existing users). During the trial, you can:
Invite and manage your in-network veterinarians without restrictions.
Pay 0% service fees for all completed shifts with active in-network vets (those who have accepted your invitation).
When the free trial ends:
If you subscribe, your 0% service fees continue according to your subscription tier.
If you do not subscribe, all completed shifts with active in-network vets are charged the standard 20% service fee.

Serenity Vet uses a simple subscription model to help clinics save on service fees when booking their own relief vets.
0% service fees only apply to veterinarians who have accepted your invitation and are active in your network.
Pending, declined, or removed vets do not count toward 0% service fees.
Subscription tiers (based on the number of active in-network vets):
Serenity Vet subscription tiers are based on the number of active in-network vets — that is, veterinarians who have accepted your invitation and are active in your network. Your plan updates automatically as more vets accept your invitations and become active.
Starter: Free for 1 active vet per month
Standard: $299/month for up to 3 active vets
Plus: $499/month for up to 6 active vets
Growth: $699/month for up to 10 active vets
Enterprise: For clinics with more than 10 active vets, please contact our sales team
No risk: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
Managing your Serenity Vet subscription is simple and transparent. To view or update your subscription:
Go to Settings in your clinic account.
Click on Billing.
Select the Subscription tab.
From this page, you can:
See the number of active in-network veterinarians (those who have accepted your invitation).
Check your current subscription plan.
View the next billing date.
Update your subscription status at any time if necessary.
Everything is designed to be straightforward, so you stay in full control of your clinic’s network, service fees, and subscription settings.
How do I manage my network?
The Network page is your clinic’s central hub for viewing and managing all veterinarians in your network.
Network tabs
All – Displays all invited and active veterinarians.
Active – Displays veterinarians who have accepted your invitation.
Invited – Displays veterinarians with pending invitations.
Inactive – Displays veterinarians who were previously in your network but have been removed.
Veterinarian details
For each veterinarian in your network, the following information is displayed:
Name (or email if not yet registered)
Email address
Status – Active, Pending, or Removed
Date – Invitation date or acceptance date
Actions you can take
Pending veterinarians: Click Resend Invite to send the invitation again.
Active veterinarians: Click Remove to remove them from your network.
Inactive veterinarians: Shown as “Removed”; you can re-invite them if desired.
Note: Only veterinarians who accept your invitation are counted as active and eligible for 0% service fees under your subscription.
