If you’ve tracked earnings in another app or a spreadsheet, ServerLife support can help import your history into your account.
Imports are handled by support rather than through an import button within the ServerLife app.
Prepare your earnings history
If you’re moving from TipSee, TipSee Elite, Just the Tips or another app, look for an option in that app to export, download or email your data. It may be listed under backup or account settings.
ServerLife support can also import earnings records from Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or CSV files. If your records are in Google Sheets, download them as an Excel or CSV file so you can attach them to your email.
Send your file to support
Create your ServerLife account if you haven’t already.
Email your exported file to support@serverlifeapp.com from the email address associated with your ServerLife account.
Include the name of the app or spreadsheet you used to track your earnings.
Support will email you when your records have been imported.
If you use Sign in with Apple or another sign-in method and aren’t sure which email address is associated with your account, contact support through the in-app chat before sending your file.
Get help exporting your records
If you can’t find an export option or aren’t sure whether your file can be imported, contact support through the chat in ServerLife. Include the name of the app you’re moving from and whether you use an iPhone or Android phone.
