Manage your ServerLife Premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the account you used to subscribe. You can update your payment information, cancel your subscription or request a refund.
Update your payment information
Update your payment details through the Apple or Google account you used to subscribe.
On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings.
Tap your name → Payment & Shipping.
Select your payment method, then tap Edit.
Update your billing information and tap Done.
To use a different card, select Add Payment Method.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select ServerLife.
Tap Manage → Update.
Follow the prompts to change your payment method.
Cancel your subscription
Canceling stops future renewals. For a paid subscription, you can continue using Premium for the time you’ve already paid for.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
On iPhone or iPad
Open your device’s Settings app.
Tap your name → Subscriptions.
Locate ServerLife under Active.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow any confirmation prompts.
If there’s no cancellation button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already canceled.

On Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile picture.
Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select ServerLife.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also manage your subscription through Google Play’s subscriptions page.
If you can’t find your subscription
Check that you’re signed in to the Apple or Google account you used to purchase the subscription. This may use a different email address from your ServerLife account.
Your purchase receipt can help identify which account and app store were used.
Cancel a free trial
To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel before it ends. Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For Google Play, cancel before the trial’s expiration date.
Request a refund
Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
Apple purchases: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to view purchases and request a refund.
Google Play purchases: Follow Google Play’s refund instructions.
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable app store’s policies.
