Fixes (9):
Issue with Contract Termination
An issue where contracts set to terminate after a fixed term were not terminating as expected has been resolved. The fix ensures that contracts now terminate correctly on the specified termination date.
Job Status Update Issue for Other Branch Engineers
An issue where jobs assigned to other branch engineers would remain in the "Issued (Awaiting Approval)" state even after removing the engineer has been resolved. Key Fixes:
Deleting an engineer from job details now correctly updates the job status to "Unissued" if no other engineers are assigned.
If multiple other branch engineers are assigned, deleting all of them will update the job status to "Unissued."
If a same branch engineer and another branch engineer are assigned, deleting the other branch engineer will update the job status to "Issued."
Jobs in the "Issued (Awaiting Approval)" state can now be unissued using the unissue button.
This fix ensures that job statuses are accurately updated, improving the workflow and assignment process.
Fixed Filtering Issue for Customer Site Name
The filtering functionality for customer site names has been improved. Previously, the filter returned customers that included the text but did not exclude sites within these customers that did not meet the criteria. The filter is now correctly applied to child grid records, ensuring that only relevant sites are displayed based on the filter criteria.
Error When Saving Amendments to Forms
An issue where saving amendments to a Form resulted in an error message "Something went wrong!!!" has been resolved. This fix ensures that changes to the display order of custom fields in a Form can now be saved without errors, improving the reliability and usability of the system.
Approval Option for Equipment Transfers Not Available
When raising an equipment transfer between branches, the option to approve the transfer was not available even though the "Can Approve Equipment Transfer" option was enabled in user group access rights. The approval only became available when the "Can Approve Stock Transfers" option was selected, which is unrelated to equipment transfers. This issue has been resolved. Now, the system correctly recognises the "Can Approve Equipment Transfer" option in user group access rights, allowing users to approve equipment transfers. This ensures that the approval process for equipment transfers is intuitive and functions as expected.
Task Assignment Display on Job Sheets
An issue where tasks for different engineers were incorrectly displayed under a single engineer's name on printed job sheets has been resolved. Even though the system correctly showed tasks under the respective engineers' names in job control, the printed job sheet did not reflect this. A new field has been added to the dictionary under subjobs for the engineer at the task level, ensuring that tasks are now correctly displayed under the appropriate engineer's name on job sheets.
Incorrect Quantities in Booked Job Stock Report
The issue where the "Booked Job Stock" report was showing incorrect quantities booked against jobs has been resolved. The report now accurately reflects the actual issued quantities on jobs, matching the data from stock enquiry and job enquiry. This fix ensures that stock quantities are correctly reported, improving the reliability and accuracy of inventory management.
Issue with Equipment Category in Contract Nominals
An issue where the equipment category field was being forced when setting up contract nominals when adding a new contract has been resolved. This fix restores the intended functionality, allowing users to set contract nominals without being forced to enter an equipment category.
Email Address Not Showing in Targets Section for New Sites
A bug was identified where the email address does not show in the targets section of the communication centre for newly created sites. This issue occurs because the email section does not populate with any emails until the communication centre is saved. The system now ensures that when a new site is created and navigated to the communication centre, the email addresses are immediately displayed in the targets section without needing to save first.
