Error: Failed to create Reservations β Customer_id must be filled.
Sometimes, a Paymaster or Booker may not show the green sync checkmark on a Booking Summary and instead display a refresh button. To fix this:
Go to Contacts in the Event Temple navigation bar.
Search for the Booker/Paymaster by Booking ID (starting with BK-).
Delete all matching Booker/Paymaster contacts by selecting Actions > Delete.*
Go back to the booking.
Change the booking status to Tentative, then change it back to Definite.
Important: Deleting contacts is permanent and cannot be undone. Be sure to delete only the relevant Booker/Paymaster contacts.
