Why is my Paymaster/Booker not Synced on the Booking?

Fix missing Paymaster/Booker sync by deleting related contacts and toggling booking status. Learn the steps to resolve sync errors.

Error: Failed to create Reservations – Customer_id must be filled.

Sometimes, a Paymaster or Booker may not show the green sync checkmark on a Booking Summary and instead display a refresh button. To fix this:

  1. Go to Contacts in the Event Temple navigation bar.

  2. Search for the Booker/Paymaster by Booking ID (starting with BK-).

  3. Delete all matching Booker/Paymaster contacts by selecting Actions > Delete.*

  4. Go back to the booking.

  5. Change the booking status to Tentative, then change it back to Definite.


Important: Deleting contacts is permanent and cannot be undone. Be sure to delete only the relevant Booker/Paymaster contacts.
