Can't find a Pre-approval in the Claim?

You've submitted a Pre-approval, but where is it now that you're making a Claim?

When making a Claim, you're able to select the relevant Pre-approval from the list.

If you can't see your Pre-approval in the list, it could be for a couple of reasons:

  1. Your Pre-approval is not yet approved
    Pre-approvals can take up to 24 hour to be reviewed. In this case, we do ask for your patience as your Pre-approval goes through the review process. When it has been approved, it will appear within the list to select in your Claim.

  2. You've exceeded the number of times your Pre-approval can be used
    When you submitted your Pre-approval request, you will have entered the number of Claims your Pre-approval would apply to. If you have exceeded the number of Claims applying to a Pre-approval, the Pre-approval will no longer appear as an option.

    You will be required to submit another Pre-approval request for this marketing initiative.
