When you’re ready to submit a Claim, you’ll usually see your relevant Pre-approval in the dropdown list. If it’s missing, here are the top reasons why—and how to resolve it.
Possible Reasons Your Pre-Approval Isn’t Showing
Pre-approval Still Under Review
Pre-approvals can take up to 24 hours for review. If you don’t see it yet, it may still be in progress. We appreciate your patience! Once approved, it will automatically appear in the list for your Claim.
Pre-approval Usage Limit Reached
When you submitted your Pre-approval request, you specified the number of Claims it would cover. If that limit has been reached, the Pre-approval won’t show as an option. In this case, you’ll need to submit a new Pre-approval request for additional Claims related to this initiative.
By following these tips, you’ll ensure your Claim process goes smoothly and avoid unnecessary delays.
