My booking has been cancelled, what should I do ?

If your booking has been cancelled, the reason may depend on its initial status.

  • If your booking was confirmed, the hotel may exceptionally need to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your booking was pending, the hotel may have tried to contact you several times without success, or your request may have simply expired.
