Cancellation Policy
Bookings can generally be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of your experience.
However, some hotels may apply specific cancellation policies, which are outlined at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
How to cancel
Go to the booking management page using the link provided in your confirmation email.
If you’ve lost the email, simply enter your email address or phone number on the following page to retrieve your booking:

Refunds
Any cancellation made within the allowed timeframe will be automatically refunded using the original payment method.
If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund should appear in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days.
If you paid with a gift card, it will be immediately recredited with the full amount and can be used again for a future booking.
