To use it, you need to make your booking in advance on our website. You simply need to:
Select the experience of your choice
Go to the payment step
Enter your gift card code in the “Add promotion code” field
Complete the payment
Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email. Your booking will then either be confirmed or pending hotel validation.
A confirmed booking means your time slot is secured.
A pending booking means the hotel will contact you, usually within 24 hours, to arrange a time with you.
