Yes, you can exchange your booking for another experience. However, this requires you to cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
This is only possible if you are still within the cancellation period.
In the event of cancellation: The refund is made automatically and will be visible on your account within 5 to 10 working days.
If you have used a gift card: No refund will be made, but the gift card will be reactivated and can be used again.
