Visitor Register Enhancements
We've added some powerful new features to make the Visitor Register even more useful:
Signature Capture
New signature question type lets you capture visitor signatures right in the flow
Resource Requirements
Visitors can now be prompted to view specified resources before continuing their check-in
Works with all resource types: URLs, videos, images, and PDFs
Message Multiple Recipients
Mobile app users can now select multiple recipients when sending messages, just like on the web.
No more sending the same message one person at a time.
Form Template
Starting a form on mobile is now more flexible:
You can now choose to start from a blank copy or use a previously completed form as your starting point
Viewing a saved form? You can now use it as a template to start a new form
Equipment Category Locking
Centralised Category Control
Lock equipment categories at the group level for Corporate or Franchise (Centralised) groups
Locking a category prevents organisations from overriding available fields or changing Limits and Warnings for equipment in that category
Temperature Profile Question updates
Standardised Temperature Profiles
Choose from preset Cooling (FSANZ) and Hot Holding Profiles
Improved display in Form Reports for key temperature/time targets
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
Fixed issue with limits and warnings inherited from group-level equipment categories not updating correctly
Fixed the issue that prevented searching for equipment by name when using Advanced Search in Completed Forms
Fixed the issue where equipment selected in a completed form would not display if the equipment was later deleted
Fixed the issue preventing users from editing Entry Point names in the Visitor Register flow
Updated Privacy Policy copy to clarify that visitors are agreeing to SFP's privacy policy, not the organisation's policy
Fixed the issue that prevented searching tasks by assignee name on mobile
Added "notes" column to tasks table when viewing from within a completed form popup
Added an error pop-up when users try to access a form that's been deleted from a task
Improved workflow to automatically find the newest version of a form when starting from a Task, even if the form was updated after the task was created
Updated copy in the user bulk upload flow to clarify the supported date format
