Set up your Temperature Checks

Setting up your Temperature Checks can be done in 2 simple steps.

  • Add your Equipment (Fridges, Freezers)

  • Set up your Temperature Check form

This process also applies to Hot Holding, just follow the same process on your Hot-Holding form and Hot Holding Equipment categories.


Add your Equipment

Step 1: Log into your Admin Console

Step 2: Navigate to your Equipment tab, and click Add Equipment

Step 3: Input your Equipment Details (Equipment name, and select the category)

Step 4: Click Next and input any other technical details (E.g. change the safe Temperature boundaries)

Step 5: Click Save

Repeat this for all your Fridges and Freezers.


Setting up Your Temperature Check Form

We provide a Cold Temperature check, and Hot Holding check. Simply link it with your Equipment Categories

Step 1: Go to the Forms tab (all your templates live here)

Step 2: Find your Temperature Check and click the Pencil button (this opens your Form Builder)

Step 3: Scroll down, and Click on your questions to open them

Step 4: Change the Category of the two question to Refrigeration & Freezers

Step 5: Select the Category

Step 6: Repeat for Both questions

You should have one question pulling your Refrigeration, and the other your Freezer Category.

Step 7: SAVE Your changes


You should see your Temperature Check add all the items in your category to your Temperature Check List.

Now, your Temperature Form connects to your Equipment Lists.

If you ever get more equipment, or would like to remove equipment, simply add or delete the equipment from your Equipment page.

The same process also applies to Hot Holding!

The form will automatically look at your list and update the equipment in your form.
