Your installments are due at the end of any given month with a grace period up to 5 days, if you miss paying your installment before the end of the grace period a penalty fee will apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details.
If you have set up your card for auto payment and we are unable to collect the payment on the due date, we will attempt to collect the payment two additional times. If those attempts are also unsuccessful, you will be notified.

If your card payment was unsuccessful, we recommend checking the expiration date of your card.
