What should I do if I'm unable to pay my installment?

Follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps if you're unable to pay your installments.

Invalid card: Check whether your saved card has expired, been blocked, or frozen by the bank.

To update or change your card details:

  1. Go to the account at the bottom right tab.

  2. Remove the expired card and add your new one.

Insufficient funds: Check your account balance by logging into your online banking or contacting the bank to verify your current balance and ensure you have enough funds for the transaction.

Other technical errors: Please reach out to your bank to check the status of your payment, as payments may occasionally be held for a few hours on the bank’s end before they are processed.

Good to know:

  • If your payment fails, you will receive a notification regarding the failed attempts. Please ensure that you resolve the issue before the end of your grace period to avoid penalty fees.
