Why was I charged a penalty fee?

Penalty fees are applied if you miss your monthly installment(s), by the end of the grace period that is up to 5 days. The penalty fee is applied on all overdue installment(s).

To check your installments plan head to the installments tab on the app to view all your plans.

Good to know:

  • If you miss more than one payment, your account will be automatically frozen by the system and won't be able to continue using our services until you settle all outstanding debts.

  • Missed payments will affect your iScore credit history.
