Why is my payment not reflecting?

Payments typically reflect immediately. If your payment hasn’t reflected on the app, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Online Payments

  • Card payments & E-wallets: Check payment status with your bank or the digital payment service provider to verify the status of your payment. Payments may sometimes be withheld for a few hours before processing.

Cash Payments:

  • Verify the payment code: Ensure you entered the correct payment code when processing your payment.

  • Dispute incorrect payments: If you accidentally processed a payment for the wrong account, contact the payment gateway to submit a dispute.

Good to know:

  • You will always receive a payment confirmation SMS for every processed payment.
