Verify your address

To use Sharesies, you’ll need to verify your residential address. This is the next step to complete after ID verification

If we need to manually verify your address, you’ll need to provide a document (or screenshot) that clearly shows:

  • your full name

  • your residential address

  • the date (within the last 12 months)

  • the organisation’s logo.

We accept the following documents:

  • a utility bill from your power, gas, water, landline phone, or internet service provider company

  • an Australian council rates letter

  • a document from a registered Australian bank

  • a document from an Australian insurance company

  • a document issued by a government agency

  • a rental agreement

  • a letter from your current employer on the employer's letterhead.

We’ll need to have verified your address before you can complete sign-up and start using Sharesies.
