Capped transaction fees
Transaction fees are capped at $25 per buy or sell order for each underlying exchange-traded fund—we don’t charge our transaction fee on managed funds.
Up to the fee cap, a 1.9% transaction fee applies on the amount invested (or sold).
If you’re on a Sharesies plan, buy and sell orders will count towards your coverage.
We don’t charge transaction fees when we rebalance your portfolio.
Advised portfolio fee
There’s a 0.20% per annum advised portfolio fee on each advised portfolio. This fee is calculated daily and deducted monthly from each advised portfolio. It covers the automated rebalancing feature of the portfolio and the expertise and administration behind the creation of your portfolio.
Underlying management fees
Each managed fund and exchange-traded fund (ETF) has underlying management fees. There is no separate or additional charge for underlying management fees but this will be reflected in the unit price for that fund or ETF.
We invest in New Zealand dollars to avoid currency exchange fees and international tax obligations.
