April Invest Survey Terms and Conditions (NZ)

The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for one (1) of three (3) NZ$100 Sharesies Gifts (each a Prize) redeemable on the Sharesies platform (Promotion).

By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these Terms, our Sharesies Gift Terms & Conditions and our General Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion opens at 9 AM on Wednesday 29 April and closes at 11:59 PM on Sunday 10 May 2026 (Promotional Period).

Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents who currently hold an account on the Sharesies platform, and who have entered the Promotion by completing the April Invest Survey and shared their email address before the Promotional Period Ends (Eligible Participant). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.

The three Prizes will be drawn at random from the pool of Eligible Participants. A Prize winner cannot receive more than one (1) Prize.

The draw will take place on Tuesday 12 May 2026.

The successful Eligible Participants will be notified via the email provided on completion of the April Invest Survey. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a successful Eligible Participant by Monday 18 May 2026, Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem that Eligible Participant to have forfeited their selection and Prize, and draw another Eligible Participant to receive a Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and money from a Sharesies Gift must be invested before being withdrawn.

Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
