The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for one (1) of six (6) $50 NZD Sharesies Gifts redeemable on the Sharesies platform. (Promotion).

By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, our Sharesies Gift Terms and Conditions and our General Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion runs from 7 PM Wednesday 12 June to 11:59 PM Friday 21 June 2024 (Promotional Period).

Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents who currently hold an account on the Sharesies platform. (Eligible Participant). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.

To enter the Promotion, you must complete the Shared Lunch Survey and share your email address before the Promotional Period ends.

The Prizes will be allocated at random to six (6) winners (the Winner/s). A Winner cannot receive more than one (1) Prize.

Sharesies will select the Winners and allocate the Prizes on Monday 24 June 2024.

The six winners will be notified via the email provided on completion of the Shared Lunch Survey. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by Monday 1 July 2024. Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and money from a Gift must be invested before being withdrawn.

Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
