Any KiwiSaver contributions you receive will automatically be invested based on your investment plan. In addition to one or more base funds, you can add your own picks to an investment plan.
Go to KiwiSaver > Investments.
Select Your investment plan > Edit > Add your own picks.
Choose the investments you’d like to add to your investment plan, and select Add to my investment plan.
Choose (or enter) the percentage of your investment plan (up to 5% for each pick) you’d like to invest into each investment and select Next.
Select this investment plan to confirm your individual picks (remember at least 50% must be allocated to base funds).
The next time you receive a KiwiSaver contribution, the money will be invested in your base funds and chosen picks. A buy order will be placed for each investment, and will usually take 2-3 business days to complete.
