Sharesies “International Women’s Day 2024 Competition” (the Promotion) is run by Sharesies Limited (Sharesies). The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for one prize, consisting of two packs each with a $100 Sharesies Gift, a copy of Sharesies Guide to Investing, and a copy of Property with She’s On the Money Guide (Promotion).

The Promotion runs from 11 AM on 8 March 2024 until 5 PM on 14 March 2024 (Promotional Period).
Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents. Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.
To enter the Promotion, you must leave a comment on the eligible giveaway post on the Sharesies NZ Instagram page letting us know who you will share your prize with. It could be someone who’s had a positive impact on your financial journey that you’d like to give back to, or someone who might need a boost to get started. Sharesies reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in a “spammy” or antisocial manner.
Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly choose a winner on 14 March 2024 as soon as the competition has closed.
The winners will be notified via a reply to their comment on the post, they will be invited to message the Sharesies Instagram page to organise receiving their prize. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by 5 PM 21 March, Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Sharesies can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and you must invest any prize funds you receive before withdrawing these.
Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
The Promotion is not associated with Instagram or any of their subsidiaries and they are not liable in respect of this Promotion.
