The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for four Rocket Lab drink bottles (Promotion).

By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

The Promotion runs from 6 PM Wednesday 21 August 2024 to 6 PM Wednesday 28 August 2024. (Promotional Period).

Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents (Eligible Participant). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.

Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly select four winners on Thursday 29 August 2024.

The winners will be notified via a reply to their comment on the post, they will be invited to contact Sharesies to organise receiving the prize. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by Tuesday 3 September 2024 Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Sharesies can choose not to award a prize if we reasonably suspect a winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.

The Promotion is not associated with YouTube (Google) or any of their subsidiaries and they are not liable in respect of this Promotion.
