Finding a report

All the reports inside sheepCRM are stored in the reports section of sheepCRM, which can be access by going to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM user account if not already. Once in Alpine sheepCRM, click on the Reports option in the top navigation bar to land on the reports dashboard.

Reports are grouped by sections, which can be accessed by clicking on the tab in the secondary navigation. All reports can be viewed by remaining on the All tab and scrolling down.

Each report will have several date range options which appear as quick links under the report name and summary - click on the desired option to open up the report, but please note that the date range for every report can be customised on viewing.

Setting a date range

If the selected report supports date ranges, the left-hand side of the report will include various options to change the date range for the data.

The following options may be available, depending on the report selected:

Year

Show data created within a specific year - i.e. From January 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020

Month

Show data created within a specific month - i.e. From May 1st to May 31st

Day

Show data created within a specific day - i.e. From 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 on May 1st

Custom

Show data created within a user-selected timeframe - click on the button to bring up a modal allowing you to select a start and end date for a custom date range.

Switching date / days

If the selected report supports date ranges, the right-hand side of the report will include the option to quickly shift across the currently selected date range.

Clicking on the Today button will shift the date to the current day, week, month, year - depending on the date range selected.

Clicking on the First / Last buttons will change the year of the current date range, while clicking on the Previous / Next buttons will change the day, week or month of the current date range.

Exporting data

If the selected report offers the ability to export data, there will be an export button located at the bottom of the report. Clicking on this button will download an .XLS (Excel) format file which can be opened in any spreadsheet software or app.

Please note that the export button will export the resulting data with the current filters and date range applied.
