How do I navigate to sheepCRM Reports?
Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.
Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar
Select a tab from the options below the navigation bar
What Reports are available within sheepCRM?
Finance
All reports that focus on payments, subscriptions, mandates, donations or invoices will be located in this section. This includes successful and failed transactions.

Communications
This section has reports to show messages sent via sheepCRM to contacts, including any failed messages. Please note that the failed messages report will only show messages that failed to be generated and sent inside sheepCRM - this will not include messages that were blocked due to spam checkers or lost due to incorrect recipient addresses.

People
Contains reports to help sort, filter and categorise your contacts stored in your flock using various metrics based on the contact's location and personal information. Please note that the reports in this section will generally include non-members, the membership section contains member-related reports.

Membership
This section contains reports showing new, renewing, lapsed, expired and leaving members in your flock. There are also reports showing revenue, anomalies and members who have not yet paid their current membership plan.

Spaces
Reports showing the usage, finance, and invoices for venue and asset hire in your flock. This includes both manual bookings in sheepCRM and reservations made in sheepApp spaces.

Events
This section contains reports to show attendance for events. Includes both main and group events.

Giving
All fundraising reports are in this section, showing the amount of money raised per appeal - including one-off donations and pledges for recurring donations.

Shows reports listing the changes in the number of members for each team / group in your flock. Also includes attendance reports for group events.

Contains reports showing data related to third-party integrations with sheepCRM. This includes payments processed by payment gateways and duplicates caused by data in multiple systems.

This section contains reports showing data related to your sheepForms and submissions made by contacts. This data will be grouped by each form, which can be expanded by clicking on the desired form.
