sheepCRM Licence fees cover your access to the platform and the features you have chosen for your subscription.
We offer a range of additional services to support your organisation and team members which are delivered by the sheepCRM team. Please see the tables below for specific services information, costs and important information.

Important Notes about timings
We will always provide services at the earliest availability but please note this is limited so planning ahead as much as possible is recommended, especially when specific timescales are important.
Some services such as technical services require internal scope and planning before a fixed price or time scale can be provided, and this effort may also be subject to charges for our time.
Please note that any dates or timelines communicated are to be considered as 'target dates' for delivery of services. These dates are always based on our assumed capacity, higher than expected levels of staff absence or other scenarios impacting our team mean we cannot guarantee delivery by fixed timelines.

Why do I have to pay for services as well as our licence fee?
It's simply because we believe you should only pay for what you need or use and it means our licence fees are not increased to cover these costs (which could result in you paying something for nothing!).

Our standard onboarding set up covers the things every new sheepCRM customer needs, but some organisations need more due to their current situation, resource levels and objectives so we provide these optional services.

Training & Consultation - Transfer of knowledge and guidance to your team or users
Our standard approach is to train your trainer and we recommend you allocate resource levels and responsibility to at least one of your team to maintain knowledge and documentation for how your organisation and team use sheepCRM, but if you need more training we provide these options.

🤝 **** If you wish to record the session you will need to provide the video meeting system e.g. Zoom to manage the recording.
Technical - Data services, settings, and configuration changes
If you need our assistance with more technical items, data changes, changes to the initial setup of your system, or just an extra pair of hands to do things you could do for yourselves these options cover the regular items requested.

sheepCRM features - You can fund new developments to sheepCRM
We are consistently investing in the sheepCRM platform which means enhancements and new features are automatically available to our customers as part of your licence fee (subject to your exact licence fee limits and inclusions). If you need a specific feature to be added or sooner than we are likely to do so, you can purchase some of our paid time to fund the development.
🤝 Please note: We can only support features suitable for the sheepCRM platform and of value to multiple customers. If you have a more bespoke or custom requirement we may refer you to one of our specialist partners.

Obviously we hope you will never feel the need to leave sheepCRM!
However if you must go, we offer these services to make that a smooth transition before we wish you well on your way.
