How do I navigate to sheepCRM Gift Aid, Donations, Pledges and Appeals Reports?
Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.
Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar
Select Giving tab from the options below the navigation bar
What is a Fundraising - Appeals Report?
This report provides a list of the Appeal names and donation total, based on the time period you select.
Data includes but is not limited to, donor names and totals together with the method of payment.
Both of the above options displaying information can be exported as an XLS file
To view an Appeal in more detail select Appeal from the list> select the contact name from the list and their contact record will display>select Giving>Donations
What is a Fundraising - Donations Report?
This report provides a list of Donors, their donations and any payments including gift aid, based on the time period you select.
Data includes donor name, source, restrictions, type, amount and whether it is gift aid.
Data can be exported as an XLS file
To view a Donation in more detail, select the donor name from the list and their contact record will display>select Giving>Donations
What is a Fundraising - New Pledges Report?
This report provides a list of new Pledges, information regarding appeal, restriction, donation total, frequency and any payments including gift aid, based on the time period you select.
Data includes, but is not limited to, donor name, restrictions, type, amount and whether it is gift aid.
Data can be exported as an XLS file
To view in more detail, select the donor name from the list and their contact record will display>select Giving>Donations
What is a Fundraising - End Pledges Report?
This report provides a list of ceased Pledges, information regarding appeal, restriction, donation total, frequency and any payments including gift aid, based on the time period you select.
Data includes, but is not limited to, donor name, restrictions, type, amount and whether it is gift aid.
Data can be exported as an XLS file
To view in more detail, select the donor name from the list and their contact record will display>select Giving>Donations
