How do I Navigate to sheepCRM Memberships?

Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.

Select the Membership tab from the top navigation bar.

All members regardless of their status will display.

What information is available within Memberships?

All aspects of data relative to Memberships for Contacts/Organisations held in your system are available to view, export and used to communicate through sheepCRM or Mailchimp.

How do I Filter the Data available within Memberships?

Whilst on the Membership tab you will see numerous preset options to choose from to filter available data as required by you. We refer to these options as 'Rules'.

On selecting an option/rule you will also see that this can then be further refined in the same way, by choosing from new options/rules that are available within this section.

Before taking actions such as exporting or sending messages to any group of Memberships, you can check the rules that have been applied by selecting Show/Hide Rules and a list of the applied will display.

How do I Export my Membership Data to Excel or as a PDF?

After you have selected your required data, in the top right select> Actions> Export to Excel or PDF.

A new window will display.

The following required fields are to be completed:

Export Template: Exports use fieldsets to define which fields are included.

Export using GDPR: (Toggle Y/N) See Privacy and Consent for more information.

Save and Preview or Discard Changes to complete.

How do I Send an Email/SMS/sheepApp Notification to this Segment of Memberships?

After you have selected your required data, in the top right select> Actions>Send Email/SMS to Segment.

A new window will display.

The following required fields are to be completed:

Type of Message: Email/sheepApp Notification/SMS.

Message Template: Pre-fill the message by using an existing message template.

Subject: Enter a subject.

Requires Acknowledgement: (Toggle Y/N) If set to yes sheepApp will ask the recipient to confirm that they have read/actioned the message.

Message: The content will be pre-populated and reflect the message template chosen.

Send using GDPR: (Toggle Y/N) See Privacy and Consent for more information.

Save and Preview or Discard Changes to complete.

How do I Sync a Segment of Memberships with Mailchimp?

After you have selected your required data, in the top right select> Actions>Sync Segment with Mailchimp.

A new window will display.

Enter a name for your Segment to identify easily on your Mailchimp Platform.

How do I Edit a Membership Segment?

It is not possible to edit any of the sheepCRM standard segments. These segments are controlled by the system.

You can however clone and edit to create your own segment.
