You can now add your exam board experience to GCSE and A-Level subjects on Sherpa.

Although the content between exam boards is often similar between different exam boards, students and parents often want to search for a tutor with experience in a specific exam board.

All you need to do is visit your Subjects page, where you can see which subjects you can add exam board experience for:

From there, just click on the 'Add Exam Boards' button, where you can select multiple exam boards that you cover.

Once you've done that, just click to save.

Starting in 2025, students will be able to filter search results by exam board experience for a subject.

We'll prioritise tutor results that have specifically said they match that exam board. Tutors who have not added any exam boards for that subject will still show up in results however.

Since there is often lots of overlap between exam boards, we'll still show you for results. However, if another tutor has added that exam board, we'll show their profile first, in order to best match the student's query.
