The steps for receiving a refund depend on where you subscription was created. Subscriptions could be through Apple, Google, or via our Web portal.
Please see below to identify where your subscription is and follow the simple instructions to receive a refund.
iOS
If you subscribed through Apple, you can easily view your subscription and obtain a refund through Apple by tapping here.
If Apple denied you refund, please see this article.ย
If you don't see your subscription by following the above, it may be a web subscription. Scroll down to view the section for web subscriptions.
Android
If you subscribed through Google, you can obtain your refund through the Google Play Store.
๐ Not seeing your subscription with Apple or Google? Not to worry!
It is very likely that you subscribed directly through the our web portal. In this case, please see below!
Web
If you don't see your subscription with Apple or Google, you most likely subscribed through our web portal. For web refunds, just open the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this page and say "Can you help me refund my web subscription" and we'll help you out! ๐ฌ
Note: If your subscription is through Apple or Google and you contact our support team and say it is a web subscription, please be aware that this will not expedite a refund. Our team will search our system for your subscription details, and if they are unable to locate them, you will be redirected to Apple or Google to complete the refund.
Why can't you refund me if it's through Apple or Google?
Apple and Google control all payment processing for apps, including the ability to grant refunds. As developers, we do not have control over these transactions. As a result, we are unable to issue refunds directly (we wish we could!!).
