UPS Express Delay

We fully understand how frustrating it is when a UPS Express shipment is delayed. You pay for a premium service and expect your package to arrive on time.

Who is responsible for the delay?

Once a package has left our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery lies with UPS. Our warehouse team always ensures that all UPS Express orders are handed over to UPS before 16:00 on the same day. We do everything in our power to ensure the fastest possible processing.

Unfortunately, sometimes UPS may fail to deliver on time due to internal issues, logistical problems, or high volumes. This is beyond our control.

What can you do?

  • In case of a delay, we recommend that you file a complaint directly with UPS. You can do this via the UPS customer service page:

  • You can also contact us; we will file the complaint on your behalf with UPS and follow it up for you.

Refunds for delays

Any refunds of shipping costs for delays are determined solely by UPS. If they approve the claim, the refund will be issued to us, and we will of course make sure it is passed on to you right away.

  • Shop4trac ships all Express orders on the same day before 16:00.

  • We have no influence over UPS delivery delays.

  • You can file a complaint either directly with UPS or through us.

  • Any shipping cost refund is only issued by UPS; we will handle it for you once approved.
