Step 2 – Return shipping
After you receive your warranty number, please send the product back within 5 working days.
Shipping time depends on the carrier, but usually takes 1–5 working days within Europe.
Step 3 – Inspection and decision
Once we receive the product, our team or the manufacturer inspects it.
This inspection normally takes up to 7 working days.
After the inspection, we’ll inform you if the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Step 4 – Repair, replacement, or refund
Replacement: If in stock, the new product will be shipped immediately after inspection.
Repair: This may take longer depending on the manufacturer, usually 1–3 weeks.
Refund: Processed within 5 working days after approval.
