How long does a warranty process take?

Updated over a week ago

We understand that when you submit a warranty claim, you want to know how long it will take before you have a solution. Below you’ll find an overview of the typical steps and timelines.

Step 1 – Reporting your claim

  • Once you contact us with your warranty request and provide the required details (photos, order number, description), we usually review your case within 2–3 working days.

Step 2 – Return shipping

  • After you receive your warranty number, please send the product back within 5 working days.

  • Shipping time depends on the carrier, but usually takes 1–5 working days within Europe.

Step 3 – Inspection and decision

  • Once we receive the product, our team or the manufacturer inspects it.

  • This inspection normally takes up to 7 working days.

  • After the inspection, we’ll inform you if the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Step 4 – Repair, replacement, or refund

  • Replacement: If in stock, the new product will be shipped immediately after inspection.

  • Repair: This may take longer depending on the manufacturer, usually 1–3 weeks.

  • Refund: Processed within 5 working days after approval.

Summary timeline

  • Review of claim: 2–3 working days

  • Shipping to us: 1–5 working days

  • Inspection: up to 7 working days

  • Resolution: immediate replacement if in stock, or 1–3 weeks if repair is needed

Important

Delays may occur if information is missing (e.g., no photos or invoice copy) or if the manufacturer requires additional checks. We will always keep you informed about the progress of your claim.
