When am I entitled to warranty?

All products purchased from Shop4trac come with a 2-year warranty, provided that the warranty conditions are met. The products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty of the respective brand.

Exceptions – when does warranty not apply?

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper use or failure to follow the instructions for use.

  • Modifications or alterations to the product.

  • Damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

  • Repairs carried out by the buyer or third parties without permission during the warranty period.

  • When the payment obligation has not been fulfilled.

How to submit a warranty claim?

  1. Report your claim to Shop4trac first before returning the product.

  2. Request a warranty number within the warranty period.

  3. After receiving the warranty number, send the product to us within 5 working days.

  4. Ensure the product is properly packaged before shipping.

  5. Always include the following with your shipment:

    • A description of the problem.

    • The assigned warranty number.

    • Your customer details.

    • A copy of the invoice.

Costs and shipping

  • The costs of a warranty shipment are covered by Shop4trac, provided you use our return address/answer number.

  • Any problems caused during shipping to Shop4trac are at the buyer’s risk.

Important

Shop4trac is never obliged to pay any compensation, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.
