In this page, you can access abandoned checkouts on your store. The following actions are available to you:
Search for abandoned checkouts using Email and Phone number
Filter using the date selector
Export abandoned checkout from clicking on More Options ->
Status: Checkouts which have been recovered via a Shopflo checkout link will be marked as 'Recovered'.
Note: You will see more abandoned checkouts on Shopflo as compared to Shopify as Shopflo creates abandoned checkout for customers who dropped after adding the phone number which is not the case for Shopify. Shopify only creates abandoned checkouts when a person had added their email.
Best Practices for Data Management
Regularly export abandoned checkout data to ensure records are up-to-date.
Use Shopify to retrieve any older data not retained within Shopflo.
Establish a schedule for systematic data backups. Also, note that Shopflo retains abandoned checkout data for the last 90 days only. For older records, consider manual exports or Shopify dashboard access.
