Step 1: Start by clicking on the Payment Offer.

Step 2: Next, click on Create New Payment Offer.

Step 3: As an example, type in "Test UPI" in the required field.

Step 4: Choose the Percentage Off option.

Step 5: Select UPI as the payment method for which you want to apply the discount.

Step 6: Click on UPI 10%.

Step 7: Click on Continue.

Step 8: If you want to apply this offer to everyone, simply click on Continue again.

Step 9: Click Continue once more.

Step 10: Click Continue for the last time.

Step 11: And there you have it! You've successfully created a 10% off payment offer for UPI transactions.
