  1. Navigate to https://dashboard.shopflo.com/overview Abandoned checkouts occur when customers add items to their cart but leave without completing their purchase. Managing these effectively can help improve your conversion rates and provide valuable insights into your checkout process.

2. Click "Abandoned checkouts"

Exit surveys help you understand why customers abandon their carts, particularly if they're missing preferred payment options like COD.

The exit confirmation feature allows you to intercept customers who are about to leave your checkout page and gather valuable feedback.

3. Click "Exit confirmation"

This enables customers to specify why they're exiting, providing you with actionable insights to refine your checkout process.

  • Regularly test and optimize your website's functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.

  • Use feedback tools such as checkout exit surveys to make data-driven improvements.

4. Click "Show a survey" and Save.

If the "Show a survey" option appears grayed out, install the Exit Checkout Survey app from the Dashboard by going to Explore Apps and selecting Exit Checkout Survey.
