Context
You can place a COD on behalf of an abandoned customer.
You can also edit the order from dashboard before placing the order.
Pre - requisite
Make sure that the "ABC-Convert" app is installed.

How to make the most of this feature?
For abandoned checkout users, your team can reach out to the customer and help them complete their order.
You can also offer an additional discount or modify the products in the cart before placing the COD order on their behalf.
Note:
You can only create COD orders from the dashboard. Since online payments aren’t supported here, you’ll need to place the order on behalf of the customer.
How to place the order from the abandoned checkout tab?
1. Navigate to https://dashboard.shopflo.com/
2. Click "Abandoned checkouts"
3. Click on the order you want to recover
4. You can edit the order from here
5. Browse and add more products
6. Edit the shipping address
7. Save the final address
8. Click "Apply Discount"
9. Enter the discount code and click apply.
10. Click "Place Order"
