In this article, you'll learn how to check, cancel, and search for orders, as well as how to export data on shopflo dashboard.

Step 1: Navigate to the order section to view and manage your orders.

Step 2: Click on Email id and select either one option from the list to view the order by adding the customer details.

Step 3: Use the filter to select the date of the orders you want to view.

Step 4: Click on the customer's name to view detailed information about the order, including email ID, phone number, shipping charges, total amount and etc.

Step 5: If you need to cancel an order, click on cancel.

Step 6: Choose the reason for cancellation.

Step 8: If the order was paid online, you'll see an option to issue a refund. Click on issue to proceed.

Step 9: To search for a specific order, enter the order ID in the search bar.

Step 10: Select the date range to narrow down your search.

Step 11: If you're searching for an order using an email ID, enter the email ID in the search bar.

Step 12: If you're searching for an order using a phone number, click on the phone number field and enter the number.

Step 13: To export data, click on more option, add the start date and end date, and enter your email ID. The data will be sent to your email.

Step 14: If you want to export data for refunds, click on Export refunds, set the start and end dates, enter your email ID, and click on generate.

Step 15: If you want to export data for orders, click on Export orders, set the start and end dates, enter your email ID, and click on generate.

Step 16: If you want to export data for split by product variants, click on Export all orders, set the start and end dates, enter your email ID, and click on generate
